Our Cancellation Policy
At Simply Serene Wellness & Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations to your appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance.
24-Hour Notice Required
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late Cancellation Fee
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee.
