Thom is our Founder and Medical Director at Simply Serene. His clinical experience spans over 10 years with advanced training as a Certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Aesthetics, Health, & Wellness.
Not only has Thom been trained in aesthetics by some of the top injectors in the Nation, but he also works as a national trainer for one of the leading aesthetic pharmaceutical companies in the world. As a trainer, he’s required to stay up to date on the newest products and is trained to utilize the most advanced techniques to accomplish the finest, most natural features you are looking for. He takes great pride in teaching new and experienced injectors alike, but his true passion is helping others live their best lives within the world of aesthetics, weight management, and hormone therapy strategies.

DR. ALI WELLS
DNP, APRN, CNP, INJECTOR
Dr Wells is a nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience in working in primary care in both family medicine as well as internal medicine and pediatrics. She started her career in the Sartell area and is now working in the North metro full time in primary care.
Dr Wells graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2013, with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree, specialized in family practice. She is a nurse practitioner who strives in making her patients an equal partner in their care and being advocates for their own health. She is known for being compassionate, easy to talk to and working alongside her patients to develop a plan of care. After meeting Dr Wells, you’ll know what we are talking about! She explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and will put you at ease. She will work with you to develop your treatment goals and use her keen eye for detail to make you look and feel your absolute best. She currently lives in Saint Michael with her husband and two sons. She enjoys chasing her two boys around, running, being at the cabin and riding her horse.
CAILIN SCOTT
ADVANCED PRACTICE AESTHETICIAN
Cailin Scott has been an Advanced Practice Aesthetician and Salon Manager since 2016. She has a passion about educating and motivating her clients to love their skin. She specializes in results driven skincare treatments, lash lifts, and waxing. She has obtained advanced training in Chemical Treatments, Microneedling, and Hydro Dermabrasion Treatments. Cailin helps you achieve your skincare goals while setting you up for a path to success.
