At Simply Serene Wellness & Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations to your appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and provide exceptional service to all clients.
